Torfield - Year Five Residential

This term our Year Five pupils enjoyed a one-night residential staying in the woods at Mallydams. Over the course of two days, the children enjoyed a wide range of outdoor learning activities including hiking, building their own fire and learning about how plastic waste is harmful to wildlife. For many of our Year Five children this was the first night they had spent away from home and so this was an ideal experience for them to help prepare for their week long residential next summer.
