Saxon Mount - Visit to RSPCA Mallydams Wood

On Friday 20th June, pupils from 8/9AS visited RSPCA Mallydams Wood as part of the Open Doors programme to learn about careers in the wildlife and conservation sector.

We started with a presentation in the discovery room all about the vital work carried out by the RSPCA, then we explored the woods and learnt about adaptions. We even looked at some real skulls and talked about the adaptions of the different animals.

We had a brilliant time and learnt lots!
